Daryn Kumar

President

For more than twenty five years, Daryn Kumar has been a champion for improvements in healthcare. While rising through the ranks from a hospital assistant administrator to CEO, Daryn developed a clear sense of how things work, and how to improve things that don't. Leading, planning and exercising oversight for all hospital operational departments has helped him understand the importance - and challenges - of the physician / insurer / hospital relationship.


Daryn's professional accomplishments are numerous, beginning with his ten-year service in the United States Air Force in the 1990's. Most recently he served as CEO of a large 400+ bed regional medical center. Through his 25 year career in healthcare, he's been responsible for thousands of hospital beds and employees, with budgets in excess of $500 million.


Daryn is also a strong supporter and board member for healthcare related community organizations, especially those that are working to reduce the homeless population.

Ben Balsbaugh is a talented and seasoned executive with over 20 years of leadership experience. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise with particular strengths in sales, marketing and leadership.


Ben has been a leader in the real estate industry for over 18 years and has led several entrepreneur activities and businesses in recent years.


Ben embraces the core values of integrity, innovation, and growth and EHP's CEO Daryn Kumar. He is very excited about the growth and future of EHP.


Ben holds a BS degree from California State University, Stanislaus in marketing. He also holds an MBA in Business Management.

Jessica Frey-Dupree

Marketing Associate

With over 13 years of sales, marketing, and leadership experience, Jessica Frey-Dupree has helped the expansion of many organizations. Her strengths include: Service Line Expansion, Community Event Planning, Referral Management, Digital Media and Marketing, Brand Strategy, and Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) Data Management.


Jessica's extensive experience began in the Public Health sector, serving as a Board Member for the Multi-Cultural Chamber of Commerce, she aided community officials in developing youth restorative justice programs in both Stanislaus and Merced Counties. Her 500+ hours of service earned her the Stanislaus County Commission for Women Award in 2012 as well as being recognized by the Latina Leadership Network for her community endeavors.


Along with her business skills, Ms. Frey-Dupree also has great clinical knowledge, as she has worked in an acute care setting at a 400+ bed regional medical center, where she increased patience experience ratings, implemented LEAN processes throughout the organization, and helped develop inventory control systems in areas that were previously outsourced. She has a great mix of business and clinical experience.


Jessica specializes in helping medical professionals grow their practices with a unique mix of old fashioned traditional sales approach and modern marketing techniques that include everything from web marketing to direct-to-consumer advertising. She designs a customized plan to meet your organizations strategic goals and provide high quality and affordable care to your patients.
